On a public whale shark tour you'll be grouped with other tourists from around the world to a maximum of 10 per boat.Price does NOT include $12 Mandatory Mexican government bracelet fee per person to enter whale shark protected areas. (Collected at dock) All participants must have the special marine park bracelet on while on the tour. Thank you for your help & cooperation. These funds will be used here in Mexico for whale shark research & conservation.

TIPS.
Bring biodegradable insect repellent and sunblock You can only use biodegradable products on the reef and in cenotes.

What To Bring:
Bring swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, camera,Shoes/sandals.
Make sure to bring a change of clothes as the driver will not let you in the vehicle if you are wet
Other items: Hat, Tennis or Deck Shoes, Long Sleeve Shirt, Other shorts to change into, wetsuit or shorties (available to rent), snorkeling gear (we provide if you do not have)

PERFECTLY SAFE AS WHALE SHARKS DO NOT BOTHER PEOPLE – THEY ARE VEGETARIAN PLANKTON EATERS.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AND SAFE FOR ALL AGES. KIDS FROM 5 TO 88 YEARS YOUNG! LAST YEAR WE HAD AN 88 YR "YOUNG" GRANDMOTHER SWIM WITH US AND THE WHALE SHARKS – TWICE!

Please note: You are advised to keep a 3′ distance between you & the Whale Shark. Their Tails are very powerful & you could get "Slapped" if you're too close. OBVIOUSLY there is NO TOUCHING, GRABBING, RIDING, the Whale Sharks. Failure to Follow the Captain's Orders will result in IMMEDIATE Removal from the water after the First & "only" WARNING !!!!!

MEXICAN GOVERNMENT CONSERVATION AUTHORITY has not authorized any tour operator to offer any type of guarantees

Note: Cost per adult reduces when you are more in number and in a group. Prices for children hold out to be the same, irrespective of how many they are. Infants can travel with you for free, without any price to pay. Price for children is based mainly on their height or age as laid out by the theme park rules. Thirteen people at maximum can travel together per vehicle notwithstanding their ages. Fourteen people with inclusive of infants or additional will need two or more vehicles and the charges will vary as per the need.
