Recommendations you should keep in mind during your Dolphin Encounter Riviera Maya Puerto Aventuras

Make sure to bring towels and extra cash for traveling, shopping, meals, etc.
It is important that you arrive 30 minutes before the program as you’ll be receiving a short briefing before the swim.
For safety reasons, women who are over 5 months pregnant cannot participate in our dolphin adventure programs.
However, pregnant women who are less than 5 months pregnant can participate but they’ll need to sign a Responsibility Form.

This will give us the opportunity to provide you with ample information about our services. Make sure that you’re using biodegradable sunscreen for protecting your skin, the marine species, and the environment.

Additional Information that you must adhere to

Children over 4.6 feet would only be allowed to participate in our dolphin discovery programs alone by paying the adult rate.
Children between 3.9 to 4.6 feet would be allowed to participate in the dolphin discovery program but they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children under 3.3 feet would be considered infants and will be allowed to perform activities regardless of the dolphin discovery program in which they participate (as long as they meet the requirement of fitting in the vest).
In our Dolphin Encounter Riviera Maya Puerto Aventuras program, the maximum number of people allowed per group is 10 or less as it’ll ensure a better experience.
For security reasons, we have prohibited the use of cameras in the water. However, professional photos are available for sale and can be purchased after the program ends.
Using life jackets is mandatory for everyone no matter which dolphin discovery program they choose.
All the participants must be 3.9 feet or more to perform the snorkel activities. Children need to be over 3.3 feet to participate in the Manatee program.
