What is included in the package?

The activity includes 10 minutes of briefing about the dolphin experience.
After the brief, the tourist gets 30 exotic minutes with dolphins.
Some of the amenities included in the package are using the pool, keys to lockers, using showers, and restrooms.
A buffet meal is included in the package.
2 nonalcoholic beverages are also included during lunch.

Infants below the height of 3.3 feet do not need to make any reservations since their entry is free of charge.

What are the Dolphin Discovery Puerto Aventuras activity conditions?

Some of the conditions for the activity include that children over 4.6 ft can only participate alone if they are ready to pay the adult rate. In this dolphin encounter program at Dolphin Discovery Puerto Aventuras, it is best to have groups of maximum 20 people for a full-fledged fun and better experience.

The rates of the dolphin discovery program are $99 USD for adults and $89 USD for kids. The rates are inclusive of a lot of other goodies hence it is definitely worth every penny and it is a day well spent.

The use of life jackets is mandatory since it is a water program and in all water programs, safety is a big concern. For absolute security reasons, the use of cameras during any water activities is strictly prohibited. Professional photos are available for sale. Mexican cash is accepted and US currency is not accepted as a medium of exchange as of now.

What is not included in the package?

The other activities that are all available for tourists in Dolphin Discovery Puerto Aventuras are not inclusive in this package.

Photos and snorkeling gear is also not included.
No ground transportation is included in the package.
It can be provided at an additional cost of $15.00 USD per person.

The safety of the public is of utmost importance hence expectant mothers of more than 5 are not allowed to participate in the aquatic programs.

Also, expectant mothers who are less than 5 months are allowed to participate in the dolphin encounter program only if they are with another adult. They also need to sign a form. Physically unfit and people with health issues need to contact the call center before booking any reservations They would be guided with full information about the dolphin discovery services. It is advisable to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin since all the activities are marine.

Children must be over 6 years old to participate in the Manatee program. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone by paying the adult rate. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per kid). Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft must be accompanied by two paying adults (2 adults per kid). Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants.

For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale. The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.

currently, we are NOT accepting US dollars in cash at our facilities (check-in, restaurant, boutique, and photos), however, we accept Mexican pesos in cash, Canadian dollars, pounds, and euros. If you want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency.

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim. Our natural environment is fragile, we need to protect the reefs; for this reason sunscreens (even reef safe & biodegradable sunscreens) are not allowed in any of our programs.
